We just finished tracking the score for the short film, Therapy, which will premier later this year at the Cannes Film Festival. The band all had a great time in the studio and found it very inspiring to be recording again!

We are excited to be part of a new television series on KPBS called "Live At The Belly Up." The show will air every Friday night at 10:00PM starting January 11th. Dead Feather Moon will be featured on the second episode, which airs on Friday, January 18th at 10:00PM. Each episode is an hour long and features live sets and interviews with two bands. 

Our first show of 2013 will be on Friday, January 25th at The Casbah with Blackout Party. We're looking forward to sharing the stage with these fellow San Diegans for the first time! More details HERE.

Recorded on Monday, September 10th at the wonderful Lost Ark Studio in San Diego. It is quite rare that a band is given the opportunity to take a newly written song to a producer, have it recorded, mixed and mastered, and subsequently release it all within less than a month. With this song, we were able to do just that! So it is with great excitement that we bring you Son Of Royalty. Feel free to share!

Yesterday we were at Lost Ark Studios recording a new song called Son Of Royalty. We had a great time working with the guys over there and we're looking forward to sharing the finished product. Look for this song to be released as a free download in the coming weeks!

The end of summer is proving to be quite eventful.

Last week, we received the award for Best Alternative Album at the 2012 San Diego Music Awards! We had a great time performing at the ceremony and visiting with our fellow San Diego musicians. The evening was made even more special because our family and friends were there to celebrate it with us!

We will be playing at the Belly Up Tavern on Thursday, August 30th with Little Hurricane and Bunny Gang. You can purchase tickets HERE. This will be our last show in the area for a while so we hope to see you there! 

We have been nominated for two San Diego Music Awards and will be performing at the event on August 13th at Humphrey's By The Bay! This is our first time being nominated and we couldn't be happier.
